At minimum you should purchase the domain for your actual business name so that you can use it to advertise your business online through a website or landing page. You should buy the domain as soon as, or even before you register the business. That way you can ensure that it is indeed available before you commit to your advertising strategy.

Other domain names you may want to buy can include domain names for key products and services. For example, if your company name is acme, and you are the creator of a product or service called muffins then you may want to buy muffins.com in addition to acme.com. As your marketing for key products or services grows you may find it beneficial to advertise by the product or service name itself.
